Streusel Top Peach Pie

I don't care for peaches, but my husbamd and son did. This is an easy way to satisfy the craving for peaches , without a lot of work. You can use other fruits in place of the peaches.

Ingredients

1
9" pie crust uncooked
1/3 c
flour
1/2 c
powdered sugar
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
3/4 c
all purpose flour ( for topping)
1/2 c
firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp
cinnamon (for topping)
1/3 c
butter
2 can(s)
peach slices, drained

Step-By-Step

1heat oven to 375 degrees.

2In a large bowl combine drained peaches, 1/3 cup flour, powdered sugar, and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon until blended, spoon into pastry .

3In a med. bowl blend 3/4 cup flour, brown sugar, butter, and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon until it forms crumbs. sprinkle over the fruit mixture.

4bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes. or until toppin is golden brown.

5Tip; one cup of fresh blueberries or fresh halved strawberries can be substituted for 1 cup of peaches.
