sugar
3 Tbsp
quick cooking tapioca
1/4 tsp
salt
1/4 tsp
ground nutmeg
3 c
rhubarb
1 c
sliced fresh strawberries

9 inch pastry, lattice top, pie shell
1 Tbsp
butter

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine sugar, tapioca, salt, and nutmeg.
Add rhubarb, cut into 1/2 inch pieces, and fresh sliced strawberries.

Mix to coat fruit.
Let stand for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile; prepare pastry for 9 inch lattice top pie.
Line pie plate with pastry.
Fill with fruit mixture
Dot with butter

Adjust lattice top; seal.
Bake in a hot oven, 400 F, for 35 to 40 minutes
