19 inch pastry, lattice top, pie shell

How To Make strawberry rhubarb pie

1Combine sugar, tapioca, salt, and nutmeg. Add rhubarb, cut into 1/2 inch pieces, and fresh sliced strawberries.

2Mix to coat fruit. Let stand for 20 minutes.

3Meanwhile; prepare pastry for 9 inch lattice top pie. Line pie plate with pastry. Fill with fruit mixture Dot with butter

4Adjust lattice top; seal. Bake in a hot oven, 400 F, for 35 to 40 minutes
