Crust: Mix coconut, butter and press into a 9" glass pie plate. Bake 10 mins. @350. Chill while preparing ingredients for pie.
Pie: Combine softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup sugar, pecans, milk and almond extract. In separate bowl combine heavy cream and 1/4c sugar. Whip til stiff.
On chilled crust spread 1/2 of 10 oz jar of smuckers strawberry preserves. Spread cream cheese mixture over preserves. Spoon whipped cream and sugar over cream cheese layer. Garnish with the rest of the preserves. Freeze til firm/overnight covered with plastic wrap tightly. Yum Yum
