Spinach Pie - Diabetic Friendly

Wayne Jeseritz

This recipe was given to me by our dear friends Tom and Barb. They thought I would like it because it is diabetic friendly. They were right, I do like it. Even my wife likes it and she is a fussy eater. It worked great for me eating it the next several days. You can warm it up or eat it cold.

This is good for anybody, not just diabetics.
