Southern Pecan Pie
Pour your pecans into your unbaked pie shell and pour the filling mixture over it. this coats the pecans really well. I like large pecan pieces, but it doesn't matter. Just use PECANS! :)
Bake 50 minutes in a 350 oven. Check for doneness by inserting a knife in the center of the pie. If it comes back clean, your pie is done.
