I love this recipe got it from my best friend who lives in Colorado.It is really more of a pumkin cake then pie but soooo yummy!We like to serve it with either whipped cream or vanilla ice cream on top.


15 oz can(s)
canned pumpkin
12 oz can(s)
evaporated milk
3//4 c
2 Tbsp
melted butter
1 Tbsp
pumpkin pie spices
2 tsp
vanilla extract

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix altogether and pour into well greased crockpot.Cover and cook on high 4 hours or low cook 6-7 hours. Enjoy with dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

me and my sister made this for are family;s for the first time last year and we loved it my hubby just said to me last night it's time for crockpot pumpkin pie again and i texted my sister and told her that and she said oh yeah wanted to thank you for shareing this

Donna, my thinking is that it will be more like a cake rather than a pie since it cooks so long in the crockpot. I think that will sorta dry it out, which will make it more like a cake. I don't think I would add flour to this.

ok just want to make sure since she said it was like cake should there be flour or something like that in the recipe? If not for those of us that would like a crust or cake does anyone know what could be added to make it more like a cake? Thanks for your help!
