Slow Cooker Pumpkin "Pie"

I love this recipe got it from my best friend who lives in Colorado.It is really more of a pumkin cake then pie but soooo yummy!We like to serve it with either whipped cream or vanilla ice cream on top.

Ingredients

15 oz can(s)
canned pumpkin
12 oz can(s)
evaporated milk
3//4 c
sugar
2
eggs
2 Tbsp
melted butter
1 Tbsp
pumpkin pie spices
2 tsp
vanilla extract

Directions

Mix altogether and pour into well greased crockpot.Cover and cook on high 4 hours or low cook 6-7 hours. Enjoy with dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.

    goes. Evaporated......The recipe already has sugar in it so you wouldn't want to add more.

    What size crockpot? There isn't much for ingredients, I have a 6 qt crock pot, should I double it?
    I was just thinking about that now or I would have posted earlier. Gonna make it over the weekend and am doing shopping tomorrow.
