Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream and to fancy it up a bit, add some chocolate syrup ( Hershey's ) and some extra nuts.

- 1 stick

- chopped walnuts and about 1/4 cup walnut halves
- syrup & whipped cream - optional
2In a medium bowl, beat eggs until fluffy, slowly beat in sugar. Stir in vanilla and flour. Next stir in 1/2 cup nuts and butter chocolate mixture.
Grease an 8 inch iron skillet or pie plate. Pour mixture into pan or plate, place nut halves evenly over batter and bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until edge is dry, the center will appear not done, but will set up as it cools.
