Simple Chicken Pot Pie

This so creamy....others that I've tried to make have come out a little dry....but not this one!

Ingredients

3 c
cooked shredded chicken
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup, (10 3/4 oz. cans)
1 pkg
frozen mixed vegetables (16 oz. bag)
1 tsp
poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp
garlic salt
2 c
biscuit mix
1 1/2 c
milk
1 tsp
parsley flakes

Directions Step-By-Step

Heat oven to 400'. Mix the chicken, soup, vegetables, poultry seasoning, and garlic salt together and pour into a greased baking dish. (I spray mine with Pam)

In another bowl mix together the biscuit mix and milk until blended then pour over top of the chicken mixture.

Sprinkle the top with the parsley flakes and bake for 30 -35 minutes or until the crust turns a golden brown.

(Also great to use turkey in this)
