Sherry's easy lightened-up pumpkin pie

I wanted to make a lighter version of pumpkin pie, but with full-flavor and came up w/ this.
It's light and fluffy, yet dense in taste.

Ingredients

1
9"-pie shell, homemade, or refrigerated
2 c
solid-packed pumpkin puree
1/2 c
sugar
2 large
eggs
1 c
fat-free evaporated milk
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
ground ginger
1 pinch
ground cloves
1 pinch
ground nutmeg

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9"-pie pan w/ cooking spray. Place pie shell in pan. Place pie pan on baking sheet. In lg bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, eggs, milk, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg.
2Mixed until thoroughly combined. Pour mix into pie shell. Bake 45 mins, or until set.
