This recipe is delicious and easy to make. It's great for the holidays or anytime. This recipe was given to me when I lived in Western, Ky. I hope everyone enjoys it. Watch it carefully and don't over bake.

Ingredients

egg whites unbeaten
1 1/2 c
sugar
1 1/2 c
graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c
chopped pecans
1 1/2 c
shredded coconut
1
9 inch unbaked pie shell
pre heat oven to 325. in a large bowl, mix egg whites, sugar, graham crackers pecans and coconut. stir until well combined. pour into shell bake at 325 for 38 to 40 minutes until set and glossy
