egg whites, beaten stiff
ritz crackers, crushed
Beat egg whites till frothy, add cream of tartar continue beating until stiff peaks form.
Slowly add Sugar and baking powder (I mix the sugar and baking powder together first).
Add vanilla, fold in crackers and pecans.
Poor into greased (or pam sprayed) pie pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30 mins.
Let pie cool off, then top with whipped cream of Cool Whip
