Another yummy rhubarb recipe in my mom's collection from another close family friend, Marilyn Hanson.

Ingredients

CRUST:

1 c
flour
5 Tbsp
powdered sugar
1/2 c
butter, softened

FILLING:

2
eggs beaten with 2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 c
sugar
1/2 tsp
salt
3/4 tsp
baking powder
1/4 c
flour
3/4 c
chopped nuts
3 c
chopped rhubarb

Step-By-Step

1Combine crust ingredients and press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix filling and pour into baked crust. Bake for an additional 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped topping or ice cream.
