Pumpkin Pie (reduced calorie)

Even if you're not trying to lose weight this pie is delicious.

Ingredients

15 oz. can pure pumpkin
1
12 oz. can evaporated fat-free milk
3/4 c
splenda
1
whole egg
2
egg whites
3/4 c
sugar-free maple syrup
1 Tbsp
pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp
vanilla
1/8 tsp
salt
1
single pie crust (i use pillsbury fresh)

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake pie in oven for 45 minutes and remove it and allow to cool. When cool, refrigerate.
