pumpkin, canned or cooked

eggs
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
freshly grated nutmeg

pie crust shell
1 can(s)
sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp
ginger powder
1/2 tsp
salt

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices, and salt in medium bowl until smooth. Poor into crust, bake 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350 degrees and continue to bake 30-40 minutes or until ready. Let stand 15 minutes to cool.

Add whipped cream when cooled.
