Its a lot, but you can freeze them in advance for a holiday, just seal them up good to protect from freezer burn.

Makes 3 pies

Ingredients

4 c
cooked mashed pumpkin
2 c
sugar
1 1/2 tsp
salt
4
eggs, slightly beaten
3 c
milk
1 can(s)
coconut
1/2 tsp
lemon extract

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shells. Dot the top with butter and Bake at 350 until done.
