    cooked mashed pumpkin
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 4
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3 c
    milk
  • 1 can
    coconut
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon extract

How To Make pumpkin pie filling

  • 1
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shells. Dot the top with butter and Bake at 350 until done.
