Pumpkin Pie

This is my families all time favorite at the holidays. No canned pumpkin for them. They are very spoiled (extra loved) as we call it.

Ingredients

1 c
sugar
1 1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
ground cloves
1 tsp
all spice
1/2 tsp
salt
4 large
eggs ( 3) eggs for a denser pie
3 c
pumpkin
1 1/2 c
evaporated milk (1 cup for a denser pie)

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingrediants until well blended. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 degress for 15 min. then turn oven down to 350 degress for 45-60 min. instert toothpick into center to check for doneness.
