Ingredients

3/4 c
sugar
1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
ginger
1/4 tsp
cloves
2
eggs
15 oz
pure pumpkin
12 oz
evaporated milk
1
9 inch deep dish pastry shell

Step-By-Step

1Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in small bowl.

2In large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in dry ingredient mixture. Gradually stir in canned milk.

3Pour into shell and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees; bake for 40-50 minutes. Cool for 2 hours before serving.
