Ingredients

1
9" unbaked pie shell
4
eggs, slightly beaten
2 c
pumpkin, canned or cooked
1 c
sugar
1/2 c
dark corn syrup
1/4 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
cinnamon
1 c
chopped pecans
1 tsp
vanilla or pecan extract

Step-By-Step

1Combine all ingredients except pecans

2Pour mixture into pie shell; top with pecans

3Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
