Ingredients
- 6 ounces spaghetti or angel hair pasta
- 1 x large egg
- 6 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese
- pepperoni slices
How To Make pizza pasta pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray a 9" pie pan with cooking spray. Cook pasta according to directions on package, drain, rinse & shake well to remove excess water. Place in large bowl; toss with egg & 1/4 C parmesan cheese. Press pasta on bottom & up side of pan; set aside.

Step 2Coat medium non stick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium high heat. Add beef, mushrooms & onions; cook 5 - 7 minutes or until beef is browned. Add marinara sauce & oregano, stir to combine; cook 3 - 4 minutes. Give ricotta a stir & spoon onto spaghetti crust, spreading evenly. Spoon meat sauce on ricotta layer. Sprinkle with mozzarella & remaining parmesan cheese. Top with pepperoni slices.

Step 3Bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes before cutting into 6 wedges to serve.
