Pinto Bean Pie (Imitation Pecan)

- 2 c
- pinto beans, cooked and mashed( i used refried beans)
- 1 1/2 c
- 1 tsp
- vanilla extract
- eggs, beaten
- 1 stick
- butter, room temperature
- 1/4 c
- chopped pecans
- unbaked pie shell
1Melt butter; cream with sugar.
2Add eggs, vanilla and mashed beans.
3Add pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until firm.
