Angela's StoryNot sure where i got this recipe from. It really does taste like a pecan pie.My family loves this recipe.
pinto beans, cooked and mashed( i used refried beans)
1 1/2 c
butter, room temperature
unbaked pie shell
1Melt butter; cream with sugar.
2Add eggs, vanilla and mashed beans.
3Add pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until firm.
