6-serving vanilla instant pudding mix
8 oz can(s)
crushed pineapple with juice
9 inch graham cracker or short bread pie crust
whipped topping, thawed
1Combine pudding mix, pineapple with juice, and sour cream in deep narrow bowl.
2Beat slowly with rotary beater or lowest speed of electric mixer for one minute.
3Pour into pie crust.
4Chill about 3 hours.
5Garnish with whipped topping.
