Ingredients For pina colada pie

    3.4 ounces vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 c
    liquid pina colada drink mixer, chilled
  • 1 pkg
    8 ounces crema cheese, softened
  • 1 can
    15.25 ounces pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/4 c
    finely shredded coconut
  • 1
    graham cracker pie crust 6 ounces
  • kiwi fruit slices

How To Make pina colada pie

  • 1
    In a medium bowl, add pudding mix to drink mixer; beat until thickened. Add cream cheese to pudding mixture; beat until smooth.

    Stir in pineapple and coconut. Spoon into crust. Cover and chill until set. Garnish with kiwi fruit slices.
