Our family uses this crust for a wonderful chream cheese pie with fruit. My sister started making this crust when we were in High School. She got it from our Principal's wife. Let's just say it's been "over 30 years."

Ingredients

6 c
flour
1/4 c
sugar
2 Tbsp
salt
2 large
eggs
2 tsp
vinegar
10 Tbsp
water
2 c
crisco (not oil)

Step-By-Step

1Blend the flour, sugar, salt and crisco well.
2Beat egg, vinegar and water with an egg beater. combine both mixtures, mixing well. Divide into 6 parts. Freeze extra.
3Roll out crust and place in pie pan. Bake at 375-400 until golden brown.
