Slightly heavier than other pumpkin pies, but very good -

Ingredients

15 oz pumpkin (about 2 cups)
1 can(s)
14 oz eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
2 large
eggs
1 tsp
ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp
ground ginger
1/2 tsp
ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp
salt
1
9 inch unbaked pie shell

Step-By-Step

1Heat oven to 425 degrees
2Whisk pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, spices and salt in medium bowl until smooth. Pour into crust
3Bake 15 minutes
4Reduce oven temp to 350 degree and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted 1 inch from crust comes out clean.
5Cool. Garnish as desired – store leftovers in refrigerator
