- 1 Tbsp
- self-rising flour (make sure it is level)
- 3 large
- 1-1/2 c
- 1 tsp
- each: vanilla and almond extracts
1Sift together sugar and flour. Add eggs and beat well.
2Bring milk to a boil. Pour slowly into egg mixture. Stir, and add vanilla and almond extracts. Stir. Pour into 1 (9 inch) pie shell.
3Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
