Ingredients For peppermint ice cream pie

1/2 boxpeppermint ice cream (softened) 1.75 quart

1 pkgoreo chocolate cookie crumb crust

1 pkgfrozen whipped topping, thawed (6 oz)
How To Make peppermint ice cream pie

1Remove ice cream from freezer and let soften enough to spread in crust. Fill to just below edge of crust.

2Place in freezer long enough to harden. Remove and spread with the thawed whipped topping.

3Cover with the inverted plastic lid from cookie crust and freeze until firm. Remove from freezer 5-10 minutes before cutting slices. Freeze any leftover pie immediately.
