This came out of my grandmother's recipe collection. I think it came from the Karo recipe collections from years ago. I have made other recipes for Pecan Pie.. but always come back to this one.. simple to make, and tastes great!

sugar
1 c

white karo syrup
1/3 c

butter
2 c

pecans, halved
1 dash

salt
1 tsp

dark molasses

How To Make pecan pie - (my grandmother's recipe)

Pre-heat oven to 350'.

Beat eggs and sugar. Add other ingredients and mix well (except pecans). Place the pecans in unbaked pie shell and pour the rest on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until done
