Ingredients

pie pastry, prepared
1/3 c
sugar
1
egg
1/4 c
light corn syrup
2 tsp
butter, melted
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1/2 c
pecan halves

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 2 4x1 3/8" tart pans (with removable bottoms) on baking sheet.
2Whisk together sugar, egg, corn syrup, butter and vanilla until smooth.
3Place pastry in pans.
4Arrange pecans on top of pastry. Pour filling evenly over pecans.
5Bake 30 minutes, or until set.
6Transfer tarts to wire rack and cool completely. Remove from outer pan.
7Enjoy!
