Ingredients

1
9" pie crust
8 oz
cream cheese
3/4 c
sugar
4
eggs
1/4 tsp
salt
1 c
light karo syrup
2 tsp
vanilla extract
1 1/4 c
chopped pecans

Step-By-Step

1in a bowl put cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1/4 tsp salt and mix until thick and creamy then set aside.
2in another bowl add 3 eggs, the karo syrup, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, and blend well.
3spread the cream cheese mixture into pie crust and spread the pecans over the top.
4pour the karo syrup mixture over the top of the pecans, and bake 30-40 minutes at 375.
