Back in the 70's ,my sister and i both worked at our local mall, we would get coffee breaks together and go to the mall caferteria (WYATTS) and we discovered this pie and we would share a slice of this pie and have cup of coffee, and we chat about our day and work..and try to figure out what pie was made of...i finally asked one of employees/cooks to tell
me what was in it...this is one of my fav pies of all times, light fluffy pastry like, just a lovely desert i will always make again and again and cherish the memories and times with my sister we shared over it.
