Ingredients

pastry for 4 bottom crusts
1/2 c
brown sugar
1 large
egg lightly beaten
2 Tbsp
maple syrup
1 c
pecans halved
1/4 c
dried cranberries (or craisins)

Step-By-Step

1Preheat mini pie maker(or regular oven to 400 degrees)
In bowl combine brown sugar,egg,maple syrup,pecans and
cranberries stir to combine.
2Line mini pie maker or muffin tins with pie crusts.
Spoon mixture into crusts dividing evenly.
Bake in mini pie maker 8-10 minutes or regular oven for 12-15 minutes or until crusts are golden and filling is set.
