diced,seeded, fresh (anjour pears only)
3 Tbsp

lemon juice
1/2 pt

sour cream
3 Tbsp

minute tapioca
2/3 c

sugar

9" unbaked pie shell
TOPPING
1/3 c

sugar
1/4 tsp

salt
1/2 c

flour
3 Tbsp

butter
1/3 c

finely chopped walnuts

How To Make pear pie or pear streusel

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and pour into pie shell.

Mix topping until crumbly and spread on top of pears in crust.

Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes then lower heat to 350 F and bake till golden brown (40 minutes)
