Peanut Butter Pie

Since I graduated college 20+ years ago, 4 of my college friends and I get together for a yearly post-Christmas meal. This is always the dessert!

Ingredients

8 oz
cream cheese, room temperature
14 oz
sweetened condensed milk
3/4 c
peanut butter
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
1 tsp
vanilla
4 oz
container cool whip
1/3 c
margerine or butter
6 oz
chocolate chips
2 1/2 c
rice crispies
1 tsp
vanilla

Directions Step-By-Step

FILLING-Beat cream cheese, add milk and peanut butter until smooth.

Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.

Fold in coll whip. Set aside.

CRUST-Melt butter and chips in microwave. Stir in rice crispies and press into pie plate.

Pour filling into crust.

Freeze for 4 hours. Serve frozen or chilled.
