Ingredients For peanut butter & jelly pie

  • 1 - 8 oz pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 - 12 oz pkg
    cool whip free, divided, room temperature
  • 1/2 c
    grape jelly
  • 1/3 c
    + 1/2 cup(s) sweetened condensed milk, divided
  • 3/4 c
    peanut butter, creamy
  • 1 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • 1
    graham cracker pie crust
  • GARNISH:
  • peanut butter chips

How To Make peanut butter & jelly pie

    In a medium bowl with electric mixer, add 1/3 C milk & 1 1/2 C cool whip; mix until smooth; set aside.

    In a stand mixer with paddle, combine cream cheese, peanut butter & remaining milk; beat until smooth, 2 minutes. Add sugar & mix until blended, 1 minute.

    Fold in remaining cool whip, using rubber spatula, until blended. Pour half of mixture into pie crust.

    Heat jelly in microwave, 30 seconds or until smooth & pourable. Pour jelly evenly over peanut butter mixture. Top with remaining peanut butter mixture. Garnish with peanut butter chips evenly over pie. Freeze 2 hours or until set. Can serve frozen or at room temperature.
