  • 1/3 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/3 c
    crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4 c
    plus 2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate mini chips, divided
  • 1
    graham cracker pie crust 6 ounces
  • 1 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1 pkg
    3 ounces vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 pkg
    8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2
    bananas, sliced

How To Make peanut butter banana cream pie

    Combine powdered sugar, peanut butter, and 1/4 cup chocolate chips in a small bowl. Lightly press peanut butter mixture over bottom of crust. In a medium saucepan, combine milk and pudding mix. Stirring constantly, cook over medium heat about 8 minutes or until mixture thickens.

    Remove from heat; beat in cream cheese. Arrange banana slices evenly over peanut butter mixture in crust. pour pudding mixture over bananas. Cover and chill about 1 hour or until set. To serve, sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
