This pie is so easy, makes it's own crust and is very yummy. Hope you think so too! Make sure you DO NOT use instant pudding!

Ingredients

3/4 c
all purpose flour
1 tsp
baking powder
1 pkg
vanilla pudding
1/2 tsp
salt
3 Tbsp
softened butter
1
egg
1/2 c
whole milk
1 qt
peaches (drained), save juice - place peaches over above mixture
8 oz
cream cheese
1/2 c
sugar
3 Tbsp
peach juice
1 Tbsp
sugar
1/2 tsp
cinnamon

Directions Step-By-Step

Mix together first 7 ingredients & pour into 9-10" greased glass pie dish. Drain peaches, save juice, place drained peaches on top of mixture in pie dish.
Mix 3 tablespoons peach juice, cream cheese & sugar together with mixer and drop by spoon fulls on top of peaches. Sprinkle top with sugar, cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350 degree for 35 mins. or so.
