Patsy's Pineapple Chess Pie

This is a recipe I recieved from a lady in my church when we tried and failed in doing a cookbook. I kept the recipes I liked.

Ingredients

1 box
light brown sugar (16 oz)
1 stick
butter or margarine, melted
1 small
can crushed pineapple, drained
3 large
eggs
1/2 tsp
salt
1 tsp
vanilla

9 inch pie crusts, unbaked

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients until smooth. Divide between pie crusts. Bake for about 30 minutes or until custard is golden brown. Serve with whipped cream.
