This apple pie recipe was giving to me by a friend. You must have the ice cream. And it's easy.

Ingredients

3 OR 4 large
baking apples
2 Tbsp
flour
1/.2 c
sugar
1/2 tsp
nutmeg
2 Tbsp
lemon juice

TOPPING:

1/2 c
flour
1/2 c
sugar
1 stick
butter

Step-By-Step

1Peel apples, cut into quarters then cut each quarter crosswise to make chunks.
2Sprinkle flour, sugar, and nutmeg over apples until well coated.
3Put in a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle over with lemon juice.
4Cover with the topping mixture. Slide into large paper bag, fold over end of bag and fasten with paper clips.
5Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove from oven, slit bag and cool.
6Serve with cheese or ice cream.
