Orange Dream Whip pie

In my effort to find an Orange Dream Whip pie for my sister that didn't have cream cheese in it , I came up with this. You could change pineapple pudding for vanilla drain the pineapple dry and fold into the pie for a more tropical taste. They loved it! I hope you will too . It is cool and creamy just right for a light summer dessert.

Ingredients

mandarin oranges
1 pkg
orange gelatin
1 pkg
vanilla instant pudding
2 c
milk
2 pkg
dream whip
1 tsp
vanilla
1
graham cracker pie crust

Directions Step-By-Step

Drain juice from oranges. You will need 3/4 cup of liquid add enough water to measure that. Bring liquid to a boil and stir in gelatin until dissolved. Set aside to cool

Mix 2 envelops of dream whip with 1 cup of the milk and beat for 6 minutes or until stiff peaks hold.

Be sure that the gelatin is cool and beat into dream whip mixture.

Add remaining cup of milk to the pudding and beat for 2 minutes. then fold into the dream whip mixture

Pour into graham cracker crust and let it chill for 4 hours or over night.
