Oatmeal Pie

This recipe came from a Lobster Shack in Maine. They have been serving it since 1968 ~ to much local acclaim.

It is an unusual dessert similar to pecan pie, but not as sweet or rich.
Has coconut in it as well.

Hope you enjoy it.
I have the cookbook N.E. Clam Shack recipes.
The picture is the Maine coastline that I took up there last year at the Cliff House!
