Melt the stick of butter and combine in a bowl with the powdered sugar and flour. You may want to spray your pie plate with a non-stick spray, then with your hands work dough into a 8or9 inch pie pan and use a fork to prick holes in the crust so air pockets do not form if your using the crust for a cream pie. Otherwise fill you crust with favorite fruit filling and bake accordingly whether your using canned fruit filling or homemade. Recipe can easily be doubled. Hope you'll give it a try!
