Even those who don't like Cheesecake will like this. It is much lighter in texture than the REAL Cheescake.

Ingredients For no bake cheesecake

1 pkg

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c

granulated sugar
1 c

or 1/2 pt sour cream
2 tsp

vanilla
1

8 oz. container cool whip(or generic)thawed
1

graham cracker or shortbread crust

How To Make no bake cheesecake

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour cream & vanilla. Fold in Cool whip-blending well.

Spoon into crust.(OPTIONAL: You can spoon half in the crust and put a VERY THIN layer of your favorite jam, then rest of cheesecake ingredients).Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
