Ingredients For *** mom's triple crown kentucky pecan pie ***

  • 1/2 c
    butter, unsalted, melted
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    bourbon
  • 3 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 1 c
    pecans, chopped fine
  • 1 c
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1
    9" unbaked pie shell
  • whipped cream, sweetened

How To Make *** mom's triple crown kentucky pecan pie ***

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Beat eggs. Add sugar, whisk. Add butter & bourbon; mix well. Blend cornstarch in. Stir pecans & chocolate chips. Pour into pie shell. Place pie on foil lined cookie sheet. Bake 50 minutes. Cool 1 hour. Serve with whipped cream.
