This is a pie that my Mom made when we were growing up. The Karo Maple syrup was just the right touch that made it better than any other pecan pie.

Ingredients For mom's pecan pie

3eggs
-
1/2 csugar
-
1 ckaro maple syrup

1/8 tspsalt
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
1 Tbspall-purpose flour
-
2 cchopped pecans
-
19" pie crust
How To Make mom's pecan pie

1Preheat oven at 350 F.

2Beat eggs well in a medium mixing bowl.

3Add flour, salt and sugar and mix well.

4Add remaining ingredients in order given.

5Pour into uncooked 9" pie shell. DO NOT PRICK PIE CRUST.

6Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes.

7Reduce heat to 300F and bake for 45 – 50 minutes or until pie is firm in the middle.
