Ingredients For mom's peach pie

    egg white, lightly beaten
  • 1
    umbaked pastry shell 9 inches
  • 3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    cold butter, cubed
  • 6 c
    sliced peeled fresh peaches

How To Make mom's peach pie

  • 1
    Brush egg white over pastry shell; set aside. In a small bowl, combine flour and sugars; cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Sprinkle two-thirds into pastry; top with peaches. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.

    Bake at 375° for 40-45 minutes or until filling is bubbly and peaches are tender.
