I found this recipe on the southernplate.com website and used it all through the holidays for my pies. It's the best tasting pie crust I've had in years and the easiest ever!

flour
1 1/2 tsp

sugar
1 1/2 tsp

salt
1/2 c

cooking oil
2 Tbsp

milk

How To Make mix in the pan pie crust

Mix flour, salt, and sugar in pie pan.

Slowly add milk and oil .. mix well with a fork and pat out to fit pan.

Bake at 350 until brown, usually about ten minutes.
