Mini Chocolate Chip Cheesecakes

Ingredients

4	prebaked mini pie crusts
8 oz	cream cheese, room temperature
14 oz	can sweetened condensed milk
1 Tbsp	lemon juice
1 tsp	vanilla extract
1 c	miniature chocolate chips

Directions

In mixing bowl beat cream cheese till fluffy.Gradually add sweetened condensed milk,lemon juice,and vanilla blend until smooth.Add chocolate
chips and stir.

Divide filling evenly between the four pie crusts
and refrigerate until set.

When making mini pies if baking in a standard size muffin tin use a four inch round or fluted cutter for bottom crusts,slightly smaller for top crusts.If making in mini muffin tins use a 21/2 inch cutter for bottom crusts,slightly smaller for top crusts.If you don't have these sized cutters check some of your glasses or bottle tops for size.
