"mile high" pineapple fluff pie
(2 ratings)
This is such a no-brainer that I am hesitant to post it..... but it turned out sooooo light and delicious and was super quick/easy! Some serious cream cheese and pineapple love here. Needed a light, refreshing dessert and only had a few ingredients on hand. This made a gorgeous fluffy pie topped with chopped walnuts. Do not have photo to post but it made a beautiful presentation.

4This makes a very tall, fluffy pie. Very light, refreshing, and not too sweet. Somewhat tangy. Any type of graham or cookie crust would be good. The chocolate crust was a surprising contrast and really kicked it up a notch. Add chopped nuts to taste. Makes for a very pretty pie and lends great flavor and texture to the tangy fluffliness.
