Preheat oven to 425. Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shell.
. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 350. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Check often.
Remove from oven when pie is lightly brown and center is firm. Cool before serving. Garnish with whipped cream. Makes 1 pie
