flour or cornstarch
egg yolks, save the whites for icing, if you'd like or use cool whip
Mix sugar and flour together well first, then put in other ingredients.
Put into large skillet. Stir rapidly, it's easy to scorch. If not thick enough, add more flour or cornstarch.
Stir good and pour into pie shells. Makes 2 pies.
